Hi Jamie, From the upload page: Max 800 x 200, ideally 750 wide So 750px wide is ideal, any narrower and (unless you add some CSS) you'll get gaps to the right and left hand side of the banner that are wider than the gap along the top. Paul

Hi Kath If you go into dates & prices - departures - in the bottom left - you can delete all departures (that can be deleted) (on that tour) That will delete every departure on that tour where there are no bookings Often safer though to delete i...

Correct. 'Alternative Tours' can be empty, it can be all tours in a single collection, or it can be all other tours in your TourCMS account.

A few fixes gone live in the latest release

Tour / Hotel booking engine
* On a multiple room hotel booking the "Continue Booking" button would sometimes not work with a particular browser / PC firewall combination. That has now been replaced with a conventional web link - which can't fail.

26th October 2009 - New release - Multi lingual tour product fields and a few tweaks

Just a few tweaks in the last couple of weeks as our time has been spent working on laying foundations for the new project that we emailed everyone about a few weeks back and will be announcing shortly.....

Pretty large release went live yesterday

Booking management
* Able to set a default component order for an itinerary - so if you are a tour company that sells hotels, or a hotel company that sells tours, you can get the correct component to show at the top of the list regardless of the dates of the individual products
